AJ made a new friend today. He’s been raving about Freddy ever since he got home from school. They played together, talked together, and, um….even took a bath together.

meet Freddy - Valentine's Day friend

Freddy is the rock that AJ found on the way home from school. Ha!

Reese got all dressed up for Valentine’s Day. Big sister KitKat did her hair last night so that it would be curly this morning, and Reese added the ribbon (and tied it before I had even gotten out of bed). I took a picture of her, but the lighting was horrible…and Reese refused to smile for another shot. So we’ve got a lot of Valentine attitude.

Reese Valentines day

Hope you had a great Valentine’s Day!

  2. Oh, I can relate to the attitude all too well! What is it about getting photos taken that can bring out the worst in kids?

LOL – fun photos. My kids sometimes name random things, too. And my youngest daughter is like yours – when she’s done having her picture taken, she is done. :)

Your son is so cute! My boys get so attached to random things like rocks too. Or crafts they made or pictures they drew. Sometimes I have to “sneak” things into the trash because I am a mean mommy like that.

    Love your Valentine’s day pics!
