A few days ago I wasn’t sure if my kids would be celebrating Halloween at all this year, with the threat of Hurricane Sandy looming over us. Luckily, trick or treating is still on, new costumes have been picked out, and bowls of candy are waiting to be distributed to the neighborhood kids.
It’s the making of a happy Halloween.
