I know what you’re probably thinking. Didn’t she JUST post about going to Los Angeles Zoo? Yes, I did. And then, after my #AvengersEvent #MonkeyKingdom trip was over, I drove down to San Diego to spend a couple of days with family.
Apparently, I didn’t get enough of zoo animals (and let’s face it, the gorgeous Southern California weather) because I suggested to my mom that we take my 2 young nephews to the San Diego Zoo for the day.
The San Diego Zoo is like the Disneyland of zoos. The boys definitely enjoyed the Skyfari ride, the bus tour, and the kid-friendly Polar Bear area the most. Oh, and the playground. They definitely loved the playground.
Taking my little nephews (who I don’t see often enough!) made me miss having little kids of my own anymore. At least a little.
