This recipe for gooey caramel brownie pudding is sponsored by Kozy Shack® Pudding but all opinions are my own.
You guys.
I almost cried when I took my first bite of this brownie covered in caramel, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream. I almost cried because it was so delicious.
You might have noticed that I’ve become a *little* bit obsessed lately with pudding in a cup (or jar) after making Dirt Pudding, Sand Pudding and Patriotic Pudding.
This time, I couldn’t come up with a cute name for the pudding I made….and I didn’t think “This Pudding Will Make You Cry Because It’s So Delicious” had a good ring to it.
I’m dying. I really am.
I’m also dying because more pudding deliciousness is coming my way since Kozy Shack (the absolute best pudding you can buy!) invited me to work with them on their #SummerOfPudding campaign. This week, I’ve been challenged to create something with their chocolate pudding (hence the gooey caramel brownie pudding in a jar) and my mind is already storming away thinking of what I can create with their other pudding flavors.
But first…the recipe.
Although these pudding cups can be made with any brownie recipe (including brownies from a box), I highly recommend this Ultimate Double Chocolate Brownie recipe.
Gooey Caramel Brownie Pudding In A Jar
Ingredients
- Prepared brownies (use a box mix or make them from scratch)
- Kozy Shack chocolate pudding
- Caramel sauce (ice cream topping)
- Whipped cream
- Sea salt, optional
- Small (4 ounce) mason jars or cups
Instructions
- Cut prepared and cooled brownies into circles that will fit in the bottom of your jars. I used a mason jar like a cookie cutter and then pressed each brownie circle down to the bottom of the jar.
- Drizzle caramel over each brownie.
- Scoop 2-3 spoons full of chocolate pudding over caramel.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle more caramel sauce over whipped cream. Sprinkle with a little bit of sea salt, if desired.
Make as many or as few as you want - the 22 ounce Kozy Shack chocolate pudding that I bought would make tons of these little desserts….but I’m saving a little to eat plain later.
Because I used small 4 ounce jars, each brownie pudding cup was the perfect size for satisfying my sweet tooth without putting me over the edge on the sweetness factor.
Tip: If you fill your jars up just right, then you can place a lid on top of each brownie pudding to store in the fridge and eat later.
Although if you’re anything like me, there won’t be any left over to eat later…
