Today was a rainy day. As I waited for T outside his piano lesson this afternoon, I was struck by the beauty of the rain.
The winter strips our area of all color. Or so it seems. I found a few splashes of color in the drab scenery.

Beautiful! I might go grab a shot of the daffodils coming up in my beds. I can see buds on them already even though they’re only a few inches tall.

Snow is prettier, that’s for sure!! It’s typically the only thing that makes the brownness of winter look beautiful. We have hardly had any snow this year, and while it’s easier NOT to have snow, I admit that I miss seeing it.
