I was chatting with my friend, Brett, this morning about how badly I wanted to take a nap. I’ve been keeping myself too busy lately, between work, kids’ activities (and the insane hour I have to wake them up in the morning), and life in general. Sleep is one of those things I long for every day but never seem to get enough of.

And since I’ve been too busy/tired/distracted to take any noteworthy pictures this week, I decided to dedicate this Photostory Friday post to sleep.
And then I think I may just have to call it a night and get more than 5 hours of shut eye tonight…

I have worked nightshift for 14 years now! I can literally sleep anywhere! Sporting events, movies, karate class…..even in the shower! The things we do for our kids and money!

I just watched a tedtalks on sleep and doctors always wondered why humans have to sleep, the research says that’s how your brain cells recharge.
